Hi,
I have been having issues with my broadband ever since I changed to Sky, I have had it for more than 3 months.
I have phoned them countless times and done many troubleshooting, they even replaced my Sky Hub. But it seems that the problem is still there, although it doesn't happen as often as before.
Here is the problem, the connection drops after every 1 minute and 30 seconds. It constantly happens and continues to drop until I turn/restart the router. Sometimes restarting it once fixes the issue and sometimes I have to restart countless times until the connection stabilises.
When the connection drops, it states on the router page that the ADSL is down.
Does anyone know what the issue is? Recently the advisers I have talked to have mentioned something like port flapping and said they have fixed it but I still have the problem.
In addition, there have been two engineers that have come out and have mentioned that there is something wrong but the line is perfectly fine.
