IP address location is wrong

IP address location is wrong

I have an IP assigned by Cable Onda here in Panama City, Panama. When I go to look up my IP on speedguide.net and a few other places, it says it is located in Chiriqui which is a province in Panama some 12 hours away from Panama City. Cable Onda is located here: "Cable Onda Avenida 12 de Octubre, Pueblo Nuevo", which if you copy and paste that in Google Maps, shows the correct location. Is there more than one Pueblo Nuevo in Panama? Maybe. But there's only one "12 de Octubre" which is the name of an avenue here in the city.
