Home Networking Problem

Post by leetk00 »

I am using @Home with Cable modem. Recently I obtained additional IP address to connect to internet with my 2 PCs at the same time.
And the 2nd IP address subnet is totally different from the 1st one. Both PCs connect to internet ok but I can make home networking with these IP addresses.
Is there any way to let my 2 PCs share resources each other by establishing Home LAN?

Sure. If all you want to do is share files, then bind IPX to both machines, then File and Print Sharing to IPX (but not to TCP/IP).

Wow! Thanks.
I did not know IPX has that kind of function.
