Network Limited?

Hello, first time on the site and was wondering if anyone could help me out on something that has me stumped.

I ran the Stanford NDT (http://netspeed.stanford.edu/) for my HTPC since I'm gearing it up to do some Livesteaming and I noticed after running the results that my connection apparently lists as "throughput is limited by other network traffic" and that the "connection is sender limited 97.28%". My HTPC is connected via LAN from my Asus N56U router.

My questions are: What is limiting my throughput for my connection? Why my connection is being sender limited over 90% of the time? Also, most importantly how can I fix this?
