My modem resets randomly throughout the day. This started 2 weeks ago after a rain storm. The internet went out completely all day this past weekend, and when i called charter they told me that technicians were working on the line in the area and it would be completed by 8pm. Well, the internet came back on at 8pm. I Was thinking finally, its fixed!!! But when i got back on, it was still doing the same thing. Anyone know what i can do and check?

And you felt the need to post the issue twice for what reason? Call tech support again and don't let them give you the run around.

What? This is the first time i posted this. I Already have, they told me they see nothing wrong.

You need to cal your Tech support again. they can solve it,
