Help me get Offloading to Work.

I have never gotten this to work for some reason.
I have enabled all offloading options on my Intel NIC.
And of course Chimney is activated on Windows 8 (have used 7 before, same results)

When i run: netstat -nt

in cmd, it says, InHost, which means it isn´t offloaded.

Anyone knows why?

This is my NIC.

Intel PRO/1000 PT.

Should i have TCP/UDP Checksum and Large Send Offloading enabled, and with tx rx?
