I read through this article and one sentence stood out...

"the president vowed to take executive action if Congress would not act."
This worries me. Shows a president who won't even follow the desires of the elected officials by the people.
This country is going to go to **** if this is the type of president (dictator) we vote in.
He sits there and says the families of the fallen deserve a vote but will bypass congress to get his way?
What a hypocryte.

Expecting anything from government is the country's problem. It's grown beyond anyone's ability to control, and there is no chance those in power -- regardless of party affiliation -- will even try. For some to prosper, others must be made poor; that applies whether we're talking about money, ideals, influence, or raw power.

I would question whether it was the size or the invasion of corporate entities. Were you referring to the welfare state?
