American Thanksgiving is celebrated on the fourth Thursday of November, in Canada the second Monday of October is a statutory, or public, holiday. This year, Canadian Thanksgiving fell on Monday, Oct 8, 2012 RaisinCain.

We had Thanksgiving at my sisters new home and she is a terrific cook. Was a very nice time with the family and decent weather to boot.
