Problem with Dell Server

Im not sure my server is reading both my hard drives i dont see both of them in the disk management section, im trying to check if i am running it in raid. im using server 2008 anyone know how i can check if my system is running in raid? sorry for the newbie question

SATA hard drives trying to mirror array them i have a SAS controller if that helps any...

Hardware: 2x 250gb 7200rpm hard drives.

If you have a hardware RAID controller, it does the RAID in hardware...before the OS. So if you have a pair of 250 gig drives setup in RAID 1....your operating system will only see a single 250 gig volume.

During a reboot, just after POST, there's a key to hit to get into the RAID controller config utilize.
Or...once you get above the base model RAID controllers, most of the RAID controllers will have a GUI management utility that you can run in Windows to see the RAID controller settings.

thank you very much i appreciate it a lot, i had to boot the system then hit F? in order to configure my hard drives on that SAS controller everything is up and running smooth i just built this crappy server to get experience :) and to learn more
