I'm no video expert, so I wouldn't know CGI, unless it was just very apparent. like a animated cartoon.

On a forum called godlike productions. The people there are crazier than me. A lot of doom & gloom, shills, etc.
Some of the info & opinions are accurate. Just like most forums in that category.

As for the fairy video...my first guess would be two dragonflies mating.
