winfast tv card

i having a hard time getting my tv card to work.

running vista home prem.
i dl the drivers from leadtek 4.0.107.3210.Vista.WHQL
just can not fig out why the leadtek winfast pvr will not see the card.

i know the 2ed pic say no drivers but when i try to update the driver it say it has the lastest driver all ready

It seems that the driver is there. Have you tried installing the software?

ya that in the first pic it dont see the card winfastpvr2 in the first pic it opens and says no capture device found then it closes

thats why i put the pop up next to the device manger net to the card so i can show its their but the program or something not seeing it

That card is pretty old and I know it says it's installed but is it really installed properly? I find a hard believing they released drivers for Vista on such an old capture card.

Only other thing would be to make sure admin rights are set for the software.

Has it ever worked before?
