Ok...Now When Any Of You Think Your Internet Conection Is Slow.....IT COULD BE AS BAD AS MINE...LOL...HELP..!!

I Am Mad....!!! Ya See I Live 8 Miles Away The Cell Tower...I Get 4 Bars All The Time...But Still...I Set At -90 to 95 dBm's.....This Blows....There Has To Be something Wrong....??? Here Here Are My Test Results...
I Have ( Aircard 881U )
And Use : Sierra Wireless Inc\3G Watcher\Watcher.
