So let's say that you had a sister/brother... You never knew you had a sister/brother as your parents never told you... She/he was adopted or whatever...

You meet this girl/guy, fall in love, do a little dance, make a little love and whatnot...

After a good while you get her prego/your brother gets your prego and after some blood tests and the likes you found out that you're both related.. like bro and sis related..

What do you do?

The risk of birthdefects is pretty low but I would recomend genetic screening with a good geneticist just in case. Also discuss family history. The decisions after that are up to them

If no knowledge of said brother/sister was known at the time, I'd say, depending on the feelings of both involved, continue the relationship.
