I have a Counterstrike .bmp file that I would like to display on here. Can you guys/gals help me out and tell me what I need to do? Thanks, cuz this pic will be part of a topic that I will be discussing. I would appreciate your help, thanks.

Click on the UBB Code that is on the left side of the screen when you post. It has the info you need. For instance:
http://forums.speedguide.net/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=ubb_code_page

Scroll down to displaying images and follow what is there.

Hope that helps.

Thanks for the help, but I think the instruction only tells us how to display an image that's already on the web. I want to show something that is on my computer. Suggestions?

You first need to upload your picture to a webserver... Try going to http://www.geocities.com/ and ste up a account there... Than upload your picture there. Than, put the ubb code on here to display the image.

your pic needs to be converted to jpeg or gif format too. bmp files are too big!
