New camera opinions.

Post by tao_jones »

We went to Chicago and my wife's point and shoot was broken on the trip back...

I still have my Rebel and my wife said she wants to take that and I would get new camera since she really likes the picture quality of the rebel. She really needs something that she can carry in a purse so I was think a pretty nice point and shoot.

Any suggestions?

I've had a couple of Olympus P&S and I've also played around with a couple of Cannon SDXXXX models and it's not even close. The Cannons kick ass, period.

I would like to stay with Canon too but I would be open to a Nikon as well.
