water proof epoxy

I am looking for something I can glue items together. they will be underwater when the epoxy is cured. I have tried 2 epoxys that did not work. resulted in a gooey mess after a few days under water.

anyone know of something that actually works?

JB weld? have not seen anything it will not hold
