I skipped it, didn't want to have to upgrade yet to play it at maxed out which is how I like to play my games. I also didn't like the fact that they took out a bunch of features that Battlefield was based up on like just being able to go prone is enough to really tick me off...I mean how stupid is that to remove that feature??

I'll be getting 1943 when it comes out since its only $15 and my next after that is Crysis 2 and Battlefield 3 depending on how bad they screw it up.

im only on an 8800gt and can play maxed pretty good

The recommended video card alone is a 260 card, I've got a 9800GTX but I don't feel its powerful enough to run maxed out and when I mean maxed out I mean high FPS along with no stutter or any issues from visuals. But otherwise its not about that its mostly about them dropping the ball on what should be a part of the Battlefield games/series.
