Any driver issues, particularly the network adapter cards?

ya know, i think it has everything to do with my drivers. i tried to install drivers for a WMP300N wireless adapter, and for some reason my internet just didnt work after that. i dont remember why. so i just let windows 7 install its own lil thing and it worked again. so i guess i can try installing these drivers again.
