How can you test your security- firewall?

You have to use a valid pop-3 e-mail account to get a password to do the scan. But it's worth it.

Thanks - I passed the quick test and its just my luck that the free full scan trial is over. Cost $9.95 for the month for that.

Is there any way to test your firewall to make sure its set up right? Are there websites that try different attempts and return results?
