How to I.D video card?

Post by Mutch »

So I just got my computer back from a friend... Right now I only have wireless internet, cant hook my pc up to the internet. It says that I have a vga device thats compatible when I go to the properties, but to download the drivers on my laptop I need to know what model it is.

Is there another way to do this? Besides taking the video card out ( Not even 100 percent sure its listed on the video card)

Thanks for any help.

yup. the last thing i do before i do a fresh install is run that and print it out. its really irritating when you get to your first desktop only to find half the devices in a computer are unidentified, meaning you need to now open up the system and start manually IDing devices.

CPUZ is good, but you need drivers installed to run it on Vista ultimate 64 bit.
