Generally you'll find the brand name in some place on the body of the laptop, and often a model number on the LCD screen trim, often towards the bottom of the screen and/or above the keyboard.

Ok so you have a HP... well thats a start.

Can you do this for me:

Click Start, Run, then type in dxdiag and hit enter. THis will bring up some information. First tab should be the System Tab... look there and it may show you the model your using. Next click on the Display tab... then tell me the following things.

On the left side....:

Device Name:
Chip Type:
Approx Memory:

On the right side....:

Main Driver:
Version:
Date:

With that information I should be able to tell you exactly why you can't play and how you will be able to play it.

Have you read Battlefield 2s minimum system requirements?

They even have an online system checker
http://www.ea.com/games/battlefield-2-c ... collection

http://support.ea.com/cgi-bin/ea.cfg/ph ... &nextlink=

Realistically you want a NVIDIA GeForce FX 5700 or greater
ATI Radeon 8500 or greater.

Your video is an onboard Intel card, meant pretty much for basic desktop usage and very light games.

yep just as I thought.. you don't have the min requirements met to play BF2.

As StoneCat said.. you need a higher end/stand alone video card/adaptor to run the game and you don't have it.

Sorry!
