WTB EL-Cheapo AMD/MB combo

My Aunt's PC got fried by a power anomaly during a storm and the MB is toast.
It's an HP AMD Athlon 2400 setup on a Micro ATX board. Fortunately the RAM is good so I am looking to swap out the board/CPU for something similar.

I have some stuff to trade or I will just buy it.
