Many IP's

All of these hoax names like Nigor seem like one person to me and you KNOW who I am talking about. I have seen him say on other boards that he has unlimited IP's to use. I don't know if this is possible or not, but maybe all these bozos really is you know who.

I think he just signs back up under a different name. Each time, Before they catch him. They have block quit a few people who have manage to get back on the same way. Could be his Ip from his server is updated more then ares are.

I know mine use to change every three days till they upgrated are system now it stays the same all the time.

I believe he's a tech at an ISP, so it's not that easy... But no, not all of those are the same person and we do try to check
