Will someone help me with Pande Forum

Post by rickoic »

For some reason it has locked me out and when I go to re-register it says it's sent me a activation e-mail which it's done 4-5 times now and it has never arrived.

I have been trying to post my solution on the wu problem there, so perhaps someone would do it for me.

Try making a brand new folder for your GPU to fold from and point your shortcut to it. I did this with 12 of mine and they all immediately picked up new wu's and started folding.

Because of this I think there might be a problem someplace in everyone's folding directory which causes the lock out.

Is this the right forum?

If you can post a link to the thread you're referring to I'll post your solution.

On the first page of the forum it's this one:

Windows v6.23 GPU Client (was v6.20)

Select it and then the selection at the top that comes up.

General GPU client issues

then the link for

Can not send and get work

very hot and heavy discussion going on.

Mine's still running since yesterday, I forgot to mention that I did find a partial download and things started working after it was cleaned out. May or may not have anything to do with the problem. I think this has cleared up for most people.

You might add that about the partial download in there also. That could be why everyone's stuck also. Goes back to what I said about something in everyones folding folder.

I had thought about saying something about deleting the work directry, but as I hadn't tried it I didn't.
