Hi could any tell me the best cablenut settings for 11.712 / 1.106 kbps Telia adsl not PPPoE 11ms?

Cablenut Settings are correct ! No need to tweak more !

Yea but i should have 8/1 mbit telia but in my modem/router homepage it says i got 11.712 / 1.106..

Try with Cablenut (keep above settings, just change the following values ) :

DefaultSendWindow = 141568
GlobalMaxTcpWindowSize = 513920
TcpWindowSize = 513920
