General Settings tab:
Custom settings - check
Modify All Network Adapters - check
network adapter selection - your NIC
MTU - 1492
TTL - 64
TCP Receive Window - 127776
MTU Discovery - Yes
Black Hole Detect - No
Selective Acks - Yes
Max Duplicate ACKs - 2
TCP 1323 Options:
Windows Scaling - check
Timestamps - uncheck

Advanced Settings tab:
Max Connections per Server - 10
Max Connections per 1.0 Server - 10
LocalPriority - 5
Host Priority - 6
DNSPriority - 7

Disabling Nagle's algorithm method will create havoc to your high bandwidth and latency TCP connections.

Moreover, online games usually use UDP signals, not TCP.

Vista autotunes and usually do not need to be tweak. The Optimizer can only tweak XP or earlier OS.

i forgot to mention this modem has 4 ports, 2 computers are connected, xp and vista.. is it okay to use optimizer for xp?

Yes. The Optimizer can tweak XP or earlier, but not Vista.

Post the TCP Analyzer report for the XP.

now there's a problem my xp says limited or no connectivity but the modem is working and i can connect my vista.

Go to Network Connections and call out the Properties of your local connection. Highlight Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and click Properties.

Make sure settings are to obtain automatically.

MTU: 1452
Log into your modem/router and set MTU (MRU) to 1492, MSS 1452 (if any), reboot and post Analyzer to see if MTU will change.
