For starters:

Delete the following scheduled tasks:
C:\WINDOWS\tasks\McDefragTask.job (may also need to disable this task in McAfee interface)
C:\WINDOWS\tasks\Symantec NetDetect.job (probably leftover from previous AV pgm)

Use HjT to get rid of these startup items, they are unnecessary:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [AlcWzrd] ALCWZRD.EXE
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [EasyLinkAdvisor] "C:\Program Files\Linksys EasyLink Advisor\LinksysAgent.exe" /startup

Download this, reboot in Safe Mode (no networking), run & post the log:
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

Get rid of these startup items, rt click & delete from Start Menu > Programs > Startup:

Both Adobe shortcuts
BigFix shortcut

...and if not using MS Office desktop toolbar, there's no need for office to load anything at boot.

Get rid of RegCleaner, it's a waste and more often than not reg cleaner apps do more harm than good. There's nothing they do that can't be done via regedit.

wpcap.dll - If using Wireshark or Ethereal, this file is OK. But it should not be loaded when in Safe Mode, and should not be loaded at all unless are using the program that requires it. Go to Services and Stop the Service: Remote Packet Capture Protocol and set it to Manual.

Your logs are clean.

I suggest having a look at BlackViper's Vista services table and optimize your system per SAFE column.
