Using CCleaner?

Hi just installed 'CCleaner' & was wondering about removal of all cookies & should I just save ones I particularly use on various sites for ease? Will sites load slower? if removed?

Sites won't load slower but if you have saved passwords they will be erased, I suggesting keeping the cookies from sites that you have saved passwords.
