99 silverado acc. problem

1999 5.3 chevy have problem takeing off from dead stop .. once it hits about 20 mph it takes off good .. done had trans look at by shop... please let me know if you have any ideas

plugs wires?

mt intrepid had issues taking off from stop until it got to speed. plugs were bad. but im no car guy
