ram overclock anthlon

i have a K7M 700@790 113 1.7 volt 128 133mhz ram Matrox G400 MAX. I got new bios from asus1009 and now my system seem to be less stable at 114 where it used to run fine. Is there any way to see why my bus can only boot to windows a 115 then crash. I think it is my graphics card or it might be my cache. Does anyone know how to get the K7M modified bios from h-oda how to reg? I think it is graphics card because when i change cahce with modifier in windows it still crashes. Also do you think another 128 ram would make a diiference in performace in games like quake and unreal

take your voltage to 1.75, see if that works, if not its the cache chips on the athlon itself, try disableing the L2 cache, it will run slow if it starts up, let it sit for a bit to start up, if it does, its the cache, if not, you might have bad 133mhz ram. if you replace the ram, and it still does it, get a better cooling solution for your Athlon.
