How hot is too hot?

PIII 500 cpu temp 142 - 145, I hit 155 with my stock sink and fan. When do I start to worry

I'm at 32 Cel, board at about 47, on my 450 PIII it runs 24/7 and serves the other 5 machines
4" intake fan front bottom
4" Exhaust chimney fan
5500 rpm on processor
and slot fan pullin heat off the vid card
Most heats i see mentioned in here seem to be in the 30 to 50 range,cel not Far

BTW I'd check to see if your processor fanisstill running, i'd flipwith that kind of heat, unless your measuring in faren

I would assume that thats Fahrenheit. I have my PIII 500@560 and its only at 29Cel/84Far.
