COM PORT ACCELARATING (HELP)

I once found a way to deit your system.ini file so your com ports run faster but i cant find the site again. if possible can somone give me a site on how to do it.

Go to the start/run box type in sysedit
open the win.ini page, scroll down to you see ports listed add the value you need and save. If you open device manager and go to ports section, you will see the values you can use in the port settings tab.
