Well you can get the recharge kit for your Ford at any parts place like autozone. I think yours is r134a. The kit comes with gauges and everything. Or if you are not sure how to recharge, I would just take it to a local shop and have it recharged.

Correct. I would rather have a shop do it for me when it comes to pressurized system like AC.
