I have the problem with the sound after i get this message i can not hear games sounds or listen music, this comes up

Cursing in your request for help will get you nowhere.

Try the following:

Install the two patches Microsoft has released, the first patch is WSUS version 3 and the second is Hotfix 927891. Download and install both of these patches and then reboot your pc, then go to Microsoft Update and do all of the latest updates for your Microsoft products.

Then do a free online virus scan from BitDefender and remove all that it finds.
