tweaking windows me

had a question re editing msdos.sys file i'm relatively new at the tweaking game but went to tweak3d.net and saw the tweaks there but not clear on how to insert them as you dont have enough room for all the lines they want you to insert.hopefully i get help thanks...great site btw...ver informative
