HELP

I run Windows ME and I need to know what to do so the taskbar will come up when I am installing a new program. That way I will know if I have any open windows. The taskbar works for everything else except when installing a program. Thanks in advance.

I uninstalled ME so I don't remember if this will work, but can you not right click on the taskbar, go properties, check the 'always on top' box?

If not just ctrl-alt-del and endtask any open applications.
