The SG tweak by default will open up with Notepad, since it is an .INI file. To install the SG tweak, you have to right click and use the Install option.

The reason some files open with notepad is because they were either inadvertantly told to do so or it doesn't know what else to do. To make a specific type of file open a specific program (using win98):
go to 'start' then up to 'settings' then across to 'folder options'. Click on this and it will bring up a window. Click on the 'file types' tab and start associating file types to programs. Hope this helps.
