Since I do not use any power management features with my computer am I at any risk disabling the Advanced Power Management Support in the device manager under systems Properties? :confused:

No your not at any risk, you just dont want to save any energy. I myself turn those off also. I hate going to my computer and finding out it is asleep, and have to wait for it to wake up.
