anyone wanna help me get unbanned from my fav bf 42 server

Post by Randy »

I let they boy play on the comp today and I come home to find that i am now banned from my fav server. I should not have let him play he is too young. anyway i really like the gamespy coral sea server and would like someone to to goin and request /beg to let "rodent" back in.

I tried to find the admin at gamespy but all i could find was a crappy forum :(

TIA for anyone who decides to take this mission, Randy rodent

unless he has a static IP all he should have to do is unplug it for about a half hour or so and he should get a new one.

Yup...the "hash" is a way to ID a user/system, made from tossing the CD key into an algorithm.

Most newer online games track players this way, and server managers can ban based on this. Since any 6 year old kid knows they often can defeat an IP ban simply by releasing/renewing with their ISP....that's an old trick that server managers got tired of years ago.
