well i know of a program(kali) which do this but it sucks and i wanted to know how to configure it my self

A lot of it depends what the game is...what it needs. Opening/forwarding ports on your router is one of the common methods...

Well the game is Warcraft 3 and I dont understand the confusing stuff inthe link you gave and i am not native in english which is adding to the difficulty and complexity these things.
