This eagles nest has 2 eggs that will hatch in about 14 days/ the camera runs 24/7 and is about a 30 min canoe paddle from my old house on vancouver island.
I was going to post a link to that thread, but the SG search results for "bullsh|t" were too numerous

One of the special things I so enjoy about fishing Canadas waters, though it has been way too long now since I have done so...was the amazing abundance of eagles everywhere...what a gorgeous treat. We have them here as well...but they are becoming more scarce all the time. I have fished B.C many times, in the Big Springs area...you can practically coax the eagles there to come down and pick up fish bits thrown over the side of the boat, within a reasonable distance. What a sight!!
awesome find...i love watching the immaculate birds of prey. I will sometimes slow down or even pull over to watch the local hawks and falcons hunt in nearby pasture lands....simply amazing animals.

You would love my back pasture then. I have a pair of nesting redtailed hawks out there. I often sit out on my deck and just watch them in awe.
