What's the substanial difference between the two?

Microsoft® Windows® XP Media Center Edition 2005

and

Microsoft® Windows® XP Professional with Service Pack 2

I mean outside of the bells and whistles the Media Center Edition has, I can't think of anything else.

sorry for bringing this up again but is it worth it ?
I mean i do have fine running windows XP pro corporate edition but i do work with video/audio most of the time.

I've got MCE on my laptop... As far as I can see, the only difference is the Media Center app (it will sit in your sys tray). If you're going to be watching or recording video (HDTV and the like), it's pretty nice... But, I hear that MythTV is pretty similar...
