who's the cpu manufacturer?
I see on MSI's site it supports a bunch.

what agp were you using in it, I'm not up on that stuff but I saw the requirements, no 3.3v 2x agp or it'll damage the board.

Think you could throw in one of those old cards?

I don't game, i just need a better box than this one, it's junk picked, like everything else I have...so doesn't matter to me if the agp is old, as long as it works.

an Intel? cool.

I don't really have $130 to spend, but that's a pretty good deal for me...you should see all the tweaks and hacks I've done here to run my software, you'd laugh. apps require pent 4 and more ram than I've got, i'm running pent 3 with about 256 Mb less ram than you're supposed to use (min requirements not met on most of the apps) I've got a 1 gig swap file lol...takes a while to do anything when I fire up any of those apps...

you'll guarantee the mobo works?

my unemployent check is late, if it's not here by the 15th I have to go in and order a replacement check. that'll be the only thing holding me up.

If you'll throw in an agp, I'll take it, i need it, but will ya hold it for me? shouldn't be more than a week, worst case scenario. I'm gonna be stalking the neighborhood squirrels if my check isn't here tomorrow.

sure thing,im just telling u they are 32-64mb ram cards, will have to find the better one but i do have them,no point having them here when i know im never ever gonna use them again.
yes it works i will give u even 3 months warranty on it ,my wife was using it and when i upgraded my comp she got the one what i had and the older one is just siting wrapped under my turtle table (mobo ,cpu, fan+heatsink, ram, not the chassis) :)
I could even throw in PSU for free 300W but the shipping would be more expansive.

PS>If you want pics of the mobo with cpu and ram in it pm you your email address i will email them. And i will take a look for the video card this week friday .DO you want ship it like it is or do you want me take out the cpu, ram, fan+heatsink ?And dont worry its gonna be proprly packed.

To bad it is PCI-E instead of AGP. I would have bought it. Darn, I need a new video card!

This is the very reason I didn't get a SLI mobo, so I wouldn't be tempted.

But man, am I tempted? Which eVGA 7800 is it? the faster one?

Need to confer w/ the financial advisor.(aka the misses)

nah, don't need pics or the psu...keep the costs down. I've got a pent 4 psu i junk picked, 250w, it works, or it did anyway. prolly cheaper to pick one up out here if i do need it, rather than have you ship one to me. i appreciate the offer though. don't care how old the agp is, just so it works. i don't game. what would ya say if i said i'm using an 8Mb card? I told ya you'd laugh if you saw the stuff i'm running. ;)

and yah, don't have to warranty it for 3 months. just so ya guarantee it works when i unpack it lol. that's all i'm asking for. it can be shipped as is, no need to take the stuff out. just pack her up good. i'm easy.

I'm glad you'll look for the vid card friday, by then i'll know more on the status of my check. i'll pm you sometime weds., let you know if i got my check or had to order a replacement.
i may have something small coming in from one of the guys here, and just got email from my partner, looks like I gotta $100 job coming thru this week, but won't get paid until completed. At least the squirrels would be safe a little longer lol.

thanks rivas.

consider it sold then, just a matter of me getting my check before you lose patience. will pm you weds, that's my deadline to go in and order a replacement check. mail comes in the afternoon.

$160 ehy? What is the RAM and GPU clock on it? And is it 256bit (dont mistake for 256mb). :thumb:

*edit*

Nevermind, I looked into it and it wouldn't really be much of an upgrade from my X850XT (other then the card having 4 more pipes).
