I've got questions! And I want answers and tips!
How do you add direct x to a slipstream?
What about partition info? Does it just format and take disk0?

Slipstream is a way of integrating service packs. It has nothing to do with the actual installation. Are you talking about an unattended install?
Directx should already be in the i386 folder, I think. Never tried any DX streaming.

that's done in the very beginning, so it's not part of the process.

Ooops , let me add to what I mean.
I'm slipstreaming, tweaking some settings and making unattended install CDs.
Using Nlite, it I point it to the directx 9c file and it doesnt integrate it, but it did do SP2 and the 3.1 windows installer.

So that part can't be unattended?

Everything you could want to know.
EDIT: And I seem to recall seeing somewhere how to set up the partitions. If I remember or find it, I'll post it.

It doesnt really explain it that well, just says:
[Data]
AutoPartition=0
[Unattended]
FileSystem=*
for setting it up manually, or using BartPE if not.
Now if I set it as:
[Data]
AutoPartition=1
[Unattended]
FileSystem=NTFS
Would that automate the install to just use the first disk?

didn't realize that was even possible?
You'd still have to figure out a way to bypass the agreement?

I think it can take care of the agreement. I'll find out after class today. Heatsink for the 2.6 aka 3.2 P4 will be in then
