Thoughts on this configuration

This will be used for general internet use, word processing, web editing, some graphic design, some audio editing and other basic tasks....I will not be using it for gaming.

Sounds ok but I will be a little biased here and suggest an ATI Video Card.

I woul dbe seriously considering the change in CPU? but that is me. I would be favouring a SINGLE AMD 4000? Is the HDD SATA II?

For grapjhic designed and audio editing? Thats a good reason to have dual core.
