What ever happened to the Lawsuit against TW?

General discussion related to Cable Modems, DSL, Wireless, Fiber, Mobile Networks, Wireless ISPs, Satellite, or any other type of high-speed Internet connection, general issues and questions here. Review and discuss ISPs as well (AT&T / SBC, BellSouth, Bright House, CableOne, Charter, Comcast, Covad, Cox, Cablevision / Optimum Online, TMobile, Verizon FIOS, Shaw, Telus, Starlink, etc.)

Who was it that posted that thread, Mystic?

Didn't He/She say that the complaint got forwarded to a number of states?

I find it funny that not one bit of news ever came of this. I could of very easily of missed it cause I don't watch the news everyday but I do read alot of news sites and never saw one mention.

Anyone ever hear anything more on this?

I guess Nothing became of it .Aol owns them now. I have not heard a thing sense AOL bought them. This Proubly why. ;)
