Finally the purchaser's finance has been sorted and they are handing over the cheques @ 3pm next Monday for the house. Turned out the reason for the delay was their bank's solicitors taking time off over Xmas so the docs couldn't be processed.

6 week contracts suck bigtime!!!
No more renovating doesn't though!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mrs.C get's her new car (Ford Focus LX), son get's her old one with an overhaul in the deal, I get my ute (Mazda Bravo Boss Pack) to cart stuff and go bush in and a laptop (maybe).

Croc and Mrs. C are happy puppies.

All that's left to do now is mow the yard and paint a couple of window frames................... 3 hours tops and we're done.
