I need to make an animate GIF, HELP!

I would like to make our organizations logo into an animated gif. I need some help. any help would be cool. I am looking to make the red ribbon rotate from left to right in a fluid motion. I would try myself but I have been sick since monday and dont have the brain power to try right now

hope this is what you meant by "rotate". didn't know the font type, so matched it as best as i could. did this in flash, if you want the fla file, just let me know:

did the fla file at approx 4 times the size of the static pic currently on your page. if you want me to do a quick edit/change, just let me know.

He used Flash. I would love to buy it but $700 is a bit much this time of year. There is another version Flash Basic 8 for $400.

Need your daughter to buy you the student version..Its a lot cheaper.

Awesome, Chemgeek!!!

I think I could have done the thing in PSP's animation studio but it whould have been a lot of work to get the ribbon to spin within the gif. Lots of frames to merge and having to get them centered just right.
