To make a long story short I made an assistant manager at the resturant I work at mad at me. I complained about her to others. She heard about it and did not speak to me the whole rest of the shift tonight. She is a workaholic who seems to have no life outside of her 3 jobs!!! She is mad all the time and makes working where I work miserable. I hate her. Plain and simple. Its not my fualt she can't handle the job. Sheesh.
She is mad ALL the time. I'm praised by everyone at work for doing my job outstandingly well. I've had my job there for 3 1/2 years. They cant fire me. They just can't. My general manager is out of town untill Monday. Then just to spite her the new manager] I'm going to request one of my 2 weeks off for the next week. That will show her! Let her try to get through a week without me! I dare her. Hahahaha. Now I just can't get fired.

Advice, any manager priased so much as u say u are is getting thier ass kissed and probably 50% of the ones praising you would side with a worker.
Dont call peopel childish after you talked about talking a week off to "show her"
As a manager you should not talk about your employees behind their backs, thats low and also childish, it makes bad managers, and ruins the work enviroment. If I was your boss and found that u did that there would be repercussions for your actions.
