Where do I post news articles to the SG Home page?

I noticed that CableDude and The Pieman posted news articles on the SG home page. Is there a new area where members can do this? Or are they moderators now? I usually send stuff to Yosc or Downhill to post.. so this would be a cool feature to somehow have on the site.
